You can apply to Tandem at any point during term, and your registration is active during the current term.
CIVIS and partner university students and staff
If you are a registered student or member of staff at a CIVIS university or at one of our partner universities in Korea (Department of the Scandinavian Languages, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies), Mexico (Escuela Nacional de Lenguas, Lingüística y Traducción at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México), Japan (Osaka University) or Germany (Leipzig University Language Centre), please sign up by filling out this web form using your official university email address. You can apply to Tandem at any point during the semester.
When will I get my language buddy?
You will get a confirmation on your registration within 5 work days. When we receive your registration, you are placed in a queue. We do our best to find you a suitable language buddy. How long it takes for us to find a matching language buddy depends on how many registrations we have received the current term.
